Christian brings something most agents don't: 15 years in the construction industry, with an extensive background as a general contractor. He knows how homes are built, what repairs and renovations really cost, and which "small issues" in an inspection aren't small at all. His clients get that insight on every showing and every offer.

Christian is licensed in both Colorado and Texas. That makes him a great resource for anyone moving between the Front Range and Dallas–Fort Worth. He lives in Boulder and serves buyers and sellers throughout Boulder County and the Front Range.

In his free time, he loves to run and get outdoors.
